Divi Aruba All Inclusive sits on Druif Beach, in the Low-Rise district, with 265 rooms in low buildings tucked into the greenery. It is a genuine all-inclusive, mandatory, and it comes with a rare advantage: guests have full use of the neighbouring Tamarijn Aruba's facilities, five minutes away on foot or by free shuttle. Between them, the two resorts offer a dozen restaurants and grills, eight bars and five pools. A beachfront climbing wall, pickleball, electric bikes and a kids' club round it out. An adults-only section is announced for 1 December 2026.

Divi Aruba at a glance

Two resorts for the price of one. That phrase sums up Divi Aruba, and it is accurate: your wristband also opens every door at the neighbouring Tamarijn Aruba, five minutes away along the beach or by a shuttle that runs every fifteen minutes.

The result is that you are not a guest of a 265-room hotel but of a pairing that counts a dozen restaurants and grills, eight bars and five pools. On an island where all-inclusive remains the minority formula, that is a rare proposition.

The setting is Druif Beach, in the Low-Rise district: low buildings, generous gardens, no towers, and Oranjestad a few minutes away.

Is Divi Aruba all-inclusive?

Yes, mandatory and complete. Meals, drinks, non-motorized water sports, activities and entertainment are covered.

And here is the point that makes the difference, the one most guests discover too late: the exchange with the Tamarijn is automatic and total, in both directions. You eat and drink in either one, with no supplement and no paperwork.

One nuance for comparison shopping: the island's two other Divi properties, Divi Dutch Village and Divi Village Golf, work differently. Their all-inclusive is optional and comes in two tiers, only one of which opens access to Divi Aruba and the Tamarijn. Your AquaTerra advisor places you correctly the first time.

Where is the resort, and what is Druif Beach like?

On the leeward coast, south of Eagle Beach and close to Oranjestad. This is the sheltered side of the island: the water is calm, and sargassum, which arrives on the east coast, does not reach this shore.

Druif is a wide, quiet beach lined with palapas. The resort fronts it directly, which is not true of every property in the district and is well worth checking when shopping Aruba.

Aruba sorts its districts by building height, not by category: Low-Rise is not a lesser grade, it is a geography. Here you trade the buzz of Palm Beach for space and quiet.

Which room should you book?

• Gardenview: set back in the greenery, the best value.
• Poolview and Oceanview: depending on whether you prefer the life of the pool or the horizon.
• Beachside: steps from the sand, with a partial ocean view.
• Oceanfront Lanai: twenty units only, level-entry and facing the sea. They go early.
• Two-bedroom oceanfront suites: from about 110 m², for families and groups.

The newer buildings carry the Vista designation. One tip worth its weight: evening entertainment runs until around 11 p.m. and carries to some rooms. Ask to be placed away from the stage if you sleep lightly, and your advisor will note it in the file.

Worth watching for winter 2026-2027: an adults-only collection is announced for 1 December 2026, with swim-out junior suites and oceanfront lanais.

Where do you eat, across the two resorts?

A dozen restaurants and grills, eight bars, all included and all open to the same wristband.

• Pelican Terrace and Cunucu Terrace, the two buffets.
• Le Café at the Divi, Barista at the Tamarijn, for coffee and bites.
• Club Margot, à la carte, at the Tamarijn.
• Paparazzi, in the Italian register, often named by regulars.
• Plus the grills and snack counters spread across both properties.

The à la carte rooms take reservations, and that is the thing to do on arrival rather than at the end of the stay. Smart casual is suggested at dinner.

What is there to do?

Five freshwater pools between the two resorts. On the beach, a nine-metre climbing wall, pickleball, electric bikes, yoga, Zumba and aqua fitness. Non-motorized water sports are included.

The Sea Turtles kids' club is at the Tamarijn and runs in two sessions, morning and afternoon, with crafts, sports and an introduction to snorkelling.

The Links at Divi Aruba, a nine-hole course, is played as an extra on this plan. The Indulgence by the Sea spa is also an extra. The Alhambra Casino is next door and reached on foot.

A craft fair is held on the grounds every week: the sort of detail that separates one stay from another.

Who is it right for?

A strong fit for:

• Families and couples who want a genuine all-inclusive, with the budget settled in advance, on a wide and quiet beach.
• Anyone who likes choice: two resorts, a dozen tables and five pools on one rate.
• Travellers who prefer low buildings and gardens to the towers of Palm Beach.
• Active guests: climbing, pickleball, electric bikes, snorkelling and yoga are all included.

Better served elsewhere:

• Anyone who needs recent rooms: the furnishings show some wear, and the resort sells on its plan and its outdoors rather than its decor. The new adults-only collection arriving in December 2026 will answer part of that.
• Anyone after nightlife at the door: that is Palm Beach, and the Marriott or Barceló answer it better.
• Travellers under 21 without an older companion: the minimum check-in age is 21, worth checking for a group of young adults.

The score sits at 4.1 out of 5 across more than 4,000 TripAdvisor reviews. Guests praise the beach, the plan and the double access to both resorts. They advise booking the à la carte rooms early and asking for a room away from the stage. Two details an advisor settles before departure.

What to know before you book

• The ED Card is mandatory for everyone, infants included. It is completed online within seven days of departure and it is free on the official site edcardaruba.aw. Third-party sites charge for it.
• Minimum check-in age: 21. A house particularity, worth knowing for groups of young adults.
• Documents. A valid passport, no visa for Canadians up to 90 days, and a return ticket and proof of funds that may be requested. Current requirements on travel.gc.ca.
• Right turns on a red light are prohibited in Aruba. Driving is on the right and limits are posted in km/h.
• The wind. The trade winds blow almost constantly, strongest from May to October. They cool the air, keep the humidity down and hold sargassum away from this coast. They also mask the heat: sunscreen more often than instinct suggests.
• Electricity. Current and outlets are the same as in Canada, no adapter needed.
• Wifi is included in rooms and public areas. Taxes and service charges are built into the all-inclusive rate.
• Travel insurance. Medical care may require payment up front.
