E-ticket and travel documents
Your travel documents are issued once the file is paid in full. You collect them here with your booking number, without waiting for business hours. Print them or keep them on your phone: some hotels and check-in counters still ask for paper.
What you need at hand
- Your booking number, the one shown on the confirmation you received by email
- The lead passenger’s name, spelled exactly as on the passport
- A valid passport, often required six months beyond your return date depending on the destination
When to print your documents
As early as possible, and no later than the night before departure. A ticket printed at the last minute leaves little room if a name is misspelled or a seat has changed. Check names, dates and times as soon as you receive them: a correction is far easier a week ahead than at the airport.
If something does not work
If your booking number is not recognized, first check that the balance has been paid, since documents are only issued afterwards. Otherwise reach your advisor or the office through the contact page, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The other tools are gathered in self-service.
