Isabel Lemire

My background is deeply connected to travel and discovering new cultures. In 1991, I left Montreal to live with a host family in Paris’s 13th arrondissement for three months, then settled in the Hérault region of southern France for four years. The Mediterranean quickly became an important place for me, and I travelled throughout Europe during that time.

After returning to Montreal, I worked for 10 years at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport. I served as a bicycle first responder, a role that brought together my interest in travel and my passion for the medical field. I have been a licensed practical nurse since graduating in June 2011.

My travels have also taken me to several regions, including the Caribbean and other southern destinations, Central and South America, Europe and Japan. My favourite destinations include the Turks and Caicos Islands, Disney, Greece, Japan and Portugal.
